IF you are serious about dance as a career, then it is likely that at some stage on that journey you will do an audition. Auditions are the dancer's equivalent of a job interview. In this issue we – but many employers now prefer other, kinder, ways to get to know you. In addition, post Covid, video auditions have become almost the norm.
