Pap has a lot to say: He’s a nearly 50-year veteran of the business, one of the country’s foremost experts on antique rugs, carpets, and tribal weavings. He’s a former longtime guest appraiser on PBS’s “Antiques Roadshow” and has exhibited more than 500 times at antiques shows around the country.
