May is Stroke Awareness Month and it’s a good opportunity to understand what support is out there if you ever should need it.

SEEKING SUPPORT

Adapting to life after a stroke can sometimes be an overwhelming and isolating process.

But talking things through and leaning on the support of others can lift a huge weight off your shoulders.

Luckily, Stroke Association has a whole network of support groups, so you can find one that is right for you – whether you’re a stroke survivor or a loved one looking for extra support, too.
