And while it’s always been so since Radiohead made the and , the two albums released by The Smile – 2022’s A Light For Attracting Attention and this year’s magnificent Wall Of Eyes – have also shown that this is no mere side-project but a band in their own right with a burst of creativity that leaves the day job in the shade.
