Scent is so inextricably linked with memory that switching up your traditional fragrance can help mark a new stage in life.

You need not wait till January, September or even a Monday to transform your mindset and reset, securing a new signature aroma might just do the trick.

Jane Ollis, medical biochemist and environmental scientist, explains “Scent has the most potential if you want to change how your brain is operating. The olfactory bulb has a magical direct route straight to the brain's limbic system, which is important for regulating emotions and forming memories”.
