Celebrating Scotsman's designer and first show appearance 100 years on in landmark exhibition

A NEW landmark exhibition celebrating the ground-breaking work of the man who designed the world's fastest steam locomotive is to be opened in Doncaster's Danum Gallery, Library and Museum at a ceremony on April 23.

It will be a century to the day that the British Empire as one of the star exhibits, the resulting publicity igniting its pathway to stardom.
