Cover girl Confession

I never ever thought when I appeared on the cover of the Weekly 35 years ago – clutching my sleeping newborn – that I’d be gracing the cover of the magazine all these years on.

It was such an honour being asked to be a cover girl after I had Kate. I hoped I’d be asked. It seemed an impossibly glamorous goal – nobody I knew hada high-profile telly show. Admittedly, I hadn’t been working on the show for long, but I part of the line-up – and everybody loves a baby.
