brother-in-law charged with murder
AN ALTERCATION between two brothers-in-law turned deadly when one of them pulled a gun and allegedly shot dead the other.
Gungapersad Nash Singh, 62, a retired teacher, was shot four times outside his home in Newlands East on Saturday night.
His brother-in-law, Rojhay Doolabh, of Effingham Heights, has been charged with his murder.
The accused has also been charged with the attempted murder of his sister Seema (Singh’s wife).
Doolabh, 52, who is employed at Fidelity ADT, appeared in the Durban Magistrate’s Court
