Butcher is back!

The etymology of the workshop’s name is quite simple. Butchers love to dissect a donor into pieces, which is why they aren’t very popular among the preservation movement.

Butcher Garage has upped sticks and relocated to Serbia’s capital Belgrade, and while I was chatting to Alex, wishing him a happy new year and all that tosh, he told me of two projects they’d recently completed.

These aren’t the team’s usual fare of Vespas though; this time they’ve really gone off the wall, turning their attentions to two Eastern European ‘gems’, a Vyatka VP150 and Vyatka Elektron. If you believe that the only good scooter is an original scooter,
