01 SOMETHING WICKED

The Wicked collection was designed by Brussels-based designer Alain Gilles for Vincent Sheppard. Together, they aimed to reinvent wicker furniture as we know it. The design process was all about playing with the construction logics of rattan seating in a contemporary manner. With the creation of a light and airy shape, the designer brought a new perspective to traditional wicker furniture. By combining the warm wicker material with the sleek metal frame, he created a dialogue between craftwork and industrial processes.
