reat news that 1920 Aveling & Porter GND is all completed and is heading back to East Sussex. It needed major boiler work when purchased by the Yeoman family and the engine was sent to Allison Engineering who have replaced the boiler barrel, throat plate, backhead section and so much more. It looks very good indeed and the Yeomans are hoping to have it touring around Ticehurst by the late summer.
