The first half of April provides good, Moon-free opportunities to attempt this month's Deep-Sky Tour on page 56. This month we're looking at objects close to the border of Boötes and Coma Berenices.

Possibly naked-eye comet 12P/Pons– Brooks will be visible in the evening twilight this month. The best time to spot it will be at the start of April.
