An expert has said that Waspi compensation payouts could be drawing to a close.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has been urged to compensate women affected by historical underpayments and errors.
Sums of up to £2,950 are expected.
Pete Mugleston, financial expert at Online Money Advisor, told Express.co.uk: “The Government's initial stance suggested a reluctance to comply with the compensation recommendations, citing budgetary constraints and differing interpretations of the law.
