From Mary & George and Breathtaking, to Fellow Travelers and The Gentlemen, we’ve been spoilt for choice lately when it comes to TV shows to binge on and obsess over.

But some of the best offerings can admittedly be a little heavy-going to watch all in one go, leaving us feeling a little fatigued (here’s looking at you, The Crown).

Sometimes we just want to stick on a show that’s short, simple and sweet, that we can enjoy while we’re busy doing multiple other things. And with a seemingly endless stream of life admin to keep on top of, there’s no shame in seeking out the refuge of a comforting-background-noise-show.
