Communities urged to rise against service delivery failures

PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

FRUSTRATED community leaders say that after 30 years of democracy, the Constitution means nothing to communities whose struggle for water and electricity continues unabated.

This as their calls for immediate action and government intervention have fallen on deaf ears.

In saying “enough is enough” ahead of this Human Rights Day, the Verulam Water Crisis Committee, Phoenix Civic and Ratepayer Association, Tongaat Civic Association and La Mercy Concerned Citizens urged community members to join their public
