IN MY previous article (see Cage & Aviary Birds, February 28), I described the conditioning of my Yorkshire canaries. Despite my Fifes and Yorkshires being treated the same in respect to feeding and caging, invariably my Fifes come into breeding season well before the Yorkshires are ready for pairing.
