Gaza's entire population facing acute hunger, US warns

Gaza’s entire population of more than two million people is in the midst of “severe levels of acute food insecurity”, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has said.

“That's the first time an entire population has been so classified,” he added.

Mr Blinkin made the comments to the BBC, during a visit to the Philippines on Tuesday.
