Any connoisseur of whitewater history will know Christian Knight, a Washington kayaker who pushed the boundaries of whitewater exploration in Washington state with greats like Tao Berman, Shannon Carroll, Josh Bechtel, and his brother, Joshua Knight. His daughter, Eleanor is running the same line. She started exploring the realm of Class V whitewater and big wave surfing before she could legally drive. Now 18, Eleanor holds a bronze medal from the 2023 World Championships and was also the only junior female to compete in 2023’s Green Narrows
