ROVER 200/400 (R8) (1989-1995)

Many cite the R8 200/400 as Rover’s peak. It followed in the footsteps of the Triumph Acclaim and previous ‘SD3’ Rover 200 in being jointly developed by Honda, but offered a far sharper, modernised look and managed to shake off the staid image of its predecessors – at least, initially.
