Recycling heroes and villains

Is your local authority a recycling hero or a wasteful villain?

The latest data from DEFRA, the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, has shown which local authorities have the UK’s best recycling record - and which have the worst.

According to figures analysed by printer cartridge experts at Cartridge Save, South Oxfordshire District Council was top of the pops when it came to recycling, sending 61.6% of household waste to recycling, reuse or composting.
