Blinds in the bedroom aren’t the traditional option, but if you’re keen to insulate your windows while also giving them an extra layer of dressing alongside curtains or wooden shutters, adding in blinds could play a pivotal role.
Blocking light in the bedroom is key for decent shuteye, and you’ll need it at time of year, but especially in the summer when sunrise can be as early as 5am. There’s nothing more frustrating than waking up before your morning alarm, and with blinds in play, at least sunlight streaming into the bedroom won’t be the culprit.
