It’s not every day of the week you get a phone call asking if you would be interested in being involved with the official launch video and film shoot for one of the most anticipated adventure motorcycles of the decade.
In November 2022 I received that call from BMW. As you can imagine, I was surprised, excited, chuffed and all of the other emotions that you would expect. It was a very secretive project, so I had to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and keep things on the down-low.
The marketing angle was to have a small group of BMW riders from different parts of the world ride the new R 1300 GS and share our stories of how we are involved in the GS world.
