Hornet buzz

My hunting has changed over the past two years. Besides regular pest control, I increasingly enjoy going out with a shotgun to shoot various kinds of birds and small game. There has also been an increase in the deer population, which puts them in my sights.

As a result, I gravitate towards slightly smaller knives. I have used various folding knives, but generally appreciate the sturdiness a fixed blade affords me. My renewed interest in more compact knives led me to dig around in my box of blades that see little use. In there, I found some interesting options, but the one that caught my eye was the Ruike F815 Hornet with its fluorescent orange grip.

I appreciate the brand for bringing us affordable knives that are well built. While they mainly focus on folding knives, they offer a few fixed blade options. One of which is the F815. It is a knife I have used a lot in the past and
