About me
I’m Kate Jackson, 41, a head of IT solutions, and I live with my partner Jack, 39, a talent acquisition manager, and our Rottweiler rescue dog Hudson. My problem kitchen
The old L-shaped kitchen had no island and hardly any work surface. As the hob, range cooker and sink took up so much space, we had to use a dining table for chopping food. The dark oak veneer units were also sucking light from the room.
