SHE didn’t think she had a chance of getting the role – she wasn’t the right ethnicity, she didn’t have the right accent and most of her career had been in comedy.
“I thought I’d be wasting everyone’s time if I even auditioned for it,” Ambika Mod says.
“Then I just woke up in bed one night and I was I like, ‘I’ve made a massive mistake’.”
