What You Need To Know

It’s the latest in the Boss 200 Series range and follows the same form factor as some previous pedals. This time it’s a reverb pedal.

2 Doesn’t Boss have enough reverb pedals already?

Well, there’s the compact RV-6 and the full-featured RV-500, but up until now there’s been nothing between the two. The RV-200 bridges that gap somewhat by providing plenty of capability but remaining very pedalboard friendly for a twinfootswitch unit.

3 Has it got all the ’verbs I’ll need?

Quite possibly. It’s got an across-the-board selection from the staple stuff to esoteric ambiences, including an all-new Arpverb type.
