IT SEEMS that Yamaha are the only manufacturer really giving a hoot about the local off-road scene with three official Yamaha-supported teams in the Australian Off-Road Championship AORC) plus a bunch of bLU cRU supported privateers. Sure, Sherco and Beta each have a one-man team and Beta have a satellite team through Ballard’s but the overwhelming number of bikes in the pro class running up front will probably be blue in 2024.

Leading Yamaha’s presence at the AORC will be the ShopYamaha off Road Team of Kyron Bacon and Wil Dennett. The two young guns of Australian enduro racing will be out to make their presence felt with Bacon contesting
