Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville

n January, the 34th Annual Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville opened its doors to design, antiques, and was the National Media Sponsor for the keynote address by Ina Garten, who is also known as the Barefoot Contessa and a great American cook of our time. The engaging talk was moderated by Mary Celeste Beall, proprietor of East Tennessee’s Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain; country music superstar Faith Hill, who is also a friend of Ina’s, made a surprise appearance as the host of the event. The conversation focused on all things culinary, including Ina’s barn kitchen, and candidly, a favorite meal she has been served. The Show is more than just a celebration of great design; it’s also a charitable event, whose purpose is to raise funds for Cheekwood and the Economic Club of Nashville (ECON) Charities.
