WORKING ON THE LAND is Lucy Hersey’s happy place. The 33-year-old and her husband Nathan, 36, own Sky Pastures Farm, just outside the village of Loch in South Gippsland, Vic, where they breed stud Scottish Highland cattle and work on regenerating the land.
