In the absence of almost all of the Olympic squad, last weekend’s British National Track Championships proved a playground for the country’s up-and-coming talents, many of whom sealed debut national titles.
Among those who impressed was Kate Richardson, a road rider for Lifeplus-Wahoo, who left the Manchester Velodrome with three medals: gold in the individual and team pursuits and silver in the
