Restoring a Lambretta is a fairly common practice these days, but it doesn’t come without its challenges. These ageing machines often throw up some sort of problem; however, many shops cater for engineering solutions, and readily available spares make it even easier. What if you don’t live in Europe? Then it can be significantly more awkward, and the further away you go, the more difficult it becomes. This is certainly the case in Canada, where Lambretta enthusiasts are considerably fewer in number and spread over a much wider area.
