For scooterists it can be a 100mph engine, a showbike, or perhaps an event that includes the whole scene under one roof, like the Distretto Ruote Piccole (Small Wheels District) did during its first year at Motor Bike Expo in Verona from January 19-21; sponsored by Scooterismo.it and Special Senza Marce, the main Italian sources for information on classic scooters, mopeds, twist and go and two-stroke excess!
