Health and Safety Executive looking at balcony collapse at multi-million pound Barking development
The Health and Safety Executive is looking into the collapse of a balcony at an £81million apartment complex in Barking, east London.
Huge pieces of timber and other debris crashed to the outside Weavers Quarter in the Gascoigne East estate. There were concerns about three other balconies.
