They are what you eat

Screening: TVNZ 1, 7pm

A fresh season of food back stories from the wandering chef. Bayly meets the people behind a climate-resilient peanut-growing operation in the Far North and witnesses the tricky harvest of wapiti (elk) in Southland. Pretty much everywhere in between gets a look in, including ostrich farming in Waipara, kingfish farming in Ruakākā and a tropical fruit venture in Waipu. Cazador restaurant’s Dariush Lolaiy and chefturned-food-pundit Martin Bosley are among the cameo appearances.
