DECLARING super-lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez the winner over Jamaine Ortiz just didn’t seem right, although it was a close fight. Ortiz did enough to win for Boxing News card by a 115-113 margin. The same score was handed in by judges Tim Cheatham and David Sutherland, but for Lopez, meaning there was a two-round swing from our card. Steve Weisfeld’s 117-111 score for Lopez, however, was flat-out bad.
