FV4005 comes to TankFest

After successfully raising £20,000 in 24 hours, The Tank Museum will restore its FV4005 in time to run at TankFest 2024

In partnership with historic vehicle restoration company AW Hewes and the patrons of its fundraising campaign, The Tank Museum is on track to have its FV4005 ‘Spud’ in running order in time for TankFest 2024. This will be the first time the tank has run since the FV4005 project was cancelled in August 1957.
