ANGOLA
A further report has been received on the former CF Benguela, now operated under a concession as the Lobito - Atlantic Railway (LAR). The concession, which started operating from 1st October 2023, was for everything below the railhead (ie: infrastructure, signalling and train control) plus freight with all freight locomotives and rolling stock.
