In the landscape of Christian music, one local duo is shining for the Lord and allowing Him to use them and lead them for His glory. Frank Furniss and Johan Brits, the vibrant faces behind Frank & I, are extremely talented artists, yet their focus is not on themselves, nor on the pursuit of fame, nor even about their extraordinary music. No, Frank & I are committed to their journey of following the Lord’s guidance in all situations, allowing their testimony to be one of faithful humble pursuit of God’s will, wherever it may lead them. I was privileged to recently interview these two men of God in a candid conversation at our JOY! offices. Their journey over the last few years is not standard, and the testimonies that they shared inspired me. As I sat down with Johan and Frank, the pair opened up, laughed, and shared musical memories and faith stories. It was a wholesome, real, and raw discussion.
