‘ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED’
PHOENIX residents have given the eThekwini Municipality seven days to respond to their memorandum on the service delivery crisis, vowing to take further action if their grievances are not addressed.
Some of the key points in the memorandum include:
Addressing the repeated water outages as a matter of urgency.
Repairing water faults within 24 hours.
Dispatching adequate water tankers to the area when the water is shut off.
Rectifying the billing errors
