A gift we all deserve
I want to highlight the good work that Ystradgynlais, my local club, has done for my 82-year-old father and other retired players. Knowing how lonely some of our elderly ex-players are, they’ve set up a club each Friday for former team-mates aged 70-plus to meet up. They’ve fed them too.
