Prince Harry 'seeking second High Court phone hacking battle with Mirror newspapers'

Prince Harry is pursuing a second phone hacking trial against the publisher of the Daily Mirror as he and his co-claimants also seek to recover almost £2million in costs from the High Court battle.

The Duke of Sussex is among scores of famous names who have sued Mirror Group Newspapers over claims of hacking and widespread unlawful newsgathering techniques.

Last month, following a trial of his claim alongside Coronation Street actors and Michael Le Vell and Fiona Wightman, the ex-wife of comedian Paul Whitehouse, Harry emerged victorious and was awarded £140,600 in damages.
