Stena Line achieved record levels of Ireland-France passenger and vehicle traffic between Rosslare and Cherbourg following last summer’s introduction of Stena Vision (1987/39,191gt) to sail oppositegrowth coming via a 90 per cent increase in passenger numbers on the single-ship service provided by Stena Horizon. The operator attributes the increase to both the introduction of Stena Vision, with 485 cabins for 1,300 passengers, and the growing popularity of France as a destination for passengers from Ireland.
