GROWING up near Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, my family often spent wonderful weekends exploring the extensive bushland of the Mornington Peninsula Park and the coastal trails linking the wild ocean beaches overlooking Bass Strait. Bushrangers Bay was a particular favourite with its magical mix of moonah tree mazes, abundant wildlife and sandy coves.
