Garry, what's your role at KTM?
I'm the cook. Head of Hospitality is my official role, and I help set up the truck's canopy, kitchen floors, walls, etc., and then tear it down once the event is over.
You've had a few roles with KTM over the years but they've mainly involved cheffing?
