I consider myself to be more of an overlander than a hardcore 4×4 enthusiast. I have a very capable and reliable 4×4 vehicle that has been kitted out to allow me to sleep, eat and perform ablutions far away from any civilisation in the wildest parts of nature – in safety and relative comfort.
I have battery and solar power to ensure my food stays fresh and thathave recovery equipment to get me out of most situations on the odd occasion that my common sense lets me down.
