“FOR THE GOOD OF THE GAME, WE NEED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF DISTANCE…”

“WE NEED THE GAME TO BE PLAYED IN AS MANY COUNTRIES AS WE POSSIBLY CAN. AND I THINK THAT INCLUDES SAUDI ARABIA.”

What does the head of the R&A do at the season-ending DP World Tour Championship, apart from playing in the pro-am with Matthew Southgate?

It’s important to remember the R&A has a pretty close relationship with the DP World Tour. This is a big event for them. So, I’ve spent some time with Keith (Pelley). I’ve seen a number of players.
