This approach doesn’t need a wide array of materials

Surface

• My recommendation would be to use a high-quality paper, which means acid-free, 100-per-cent cotton and a minimum of 300gsm.

Brushes

• Brushes are a personal choice. It’s more of an issue of taste, rather than an objective standard. The one real demand I have is for the brush to be versatile, to paint both large areas and small details; I find that gives me freedom to do anything I want. I almost never use flat brushes, but you may absolutely love them. Discover what works best for you and your unique vision.
