THE largest iceberg in the world has emerged in the clear waters of the Southern Ocean and will reach the Scotia Sea in the next month (December), where it may soon cease to exist, or remain in the Weddell Gyre system and drift for several more years, the press service of the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute (AARI) has said.
