Brooklyn-based company Yip Studio is blurring the lines between art and patisserie with its scrumptiousbegan crafting her colourful rock-like creations from cake, buttercream and meringue, using Asian-inspired flavours such as matcha, yuzu, shiso leaf, oolong tea, lychee and black sesame, and adding striking floral arrangements. Now she bakes full-time, creating edible sculptures for private clients and launch events for the likes of Marc Jacobs, Glossier NYC and the Noguchi Museum. *
