here’s a sign on the wall outside Rockfish Brixham which states, “Tomorrow’s fish are still in the sea”. While I would normally take such statements with a pinch of salt (and maybe a slice of lemon in the case of fish restaurants) this time I sense it’s true as Rockfish’s credentials are beyond reproach. For starters, its premises, which brings in its haul from 1700 daily. A couple of hours later, those fish are on the plate.
